Install all the .lic files to this folder..
Program Files/Bentley/speedikon MI 7.6/System/Licensing

If your bentley isn't a cracked version, you will also need to install the
salicmgr.dll to
Program Files/Bentley/Program/Microstation/mdlsys/asneeded
